Services

You keep your team. We take on the employer’s risk.

You stay in charge of your people — who works for you and what they do. We become the employer on paper, and the payroll taxes, workers’ comp, HR paperwork and employer liability move to us.

The question everyone asks

Am I losing my employees? No.

Your people still report to you, and you decide who does what, when and how. This is not co-employment, the way a PEO works.

What changes is who the employer is on paper: your team becomes our W-2 employees. We take on the employer’s liability and the compliance work; you keep control of your team and your business.

  • You keep day-to-day direction of your people
  • We run payroll and file the taxes under our EIN
  • We carry the workers’ comp
  • We administer the benefits
  • We handle HR, from onboarding to termination
  • We keep you compliant, state and federal

Who it’s for

Built for the businesses big providers turn away

Businesses of one to fifty

Including the small companies the big PEOs won’t take.

Companies with contract labor

Give your 1099 workers the footing and the benefits of W-2 employees.

International companies hiring in the US

Put American staff on a US payroll, with benefits, without building one yourself.

Not a PEO

One employer of record — not two sharing the job

With a PEO, you and the PEO are both the employer: the tax returns are shared and both EINs are used.

Here the payroll taxes are filed and paid under our EIN alone, and your own quarterly returns report zeros — with nothing to pay.

Why businesses choose it

Less risk, better benefits, one flat rate

Lower your compliance risk

Payroll taxes, filings, workers’ comp and employment paperwork are the employer’s job. That is us now.

Eliminate the 1099

Contract labor carries risk. Bring your contractors onto our payroll as W-2 employees and the withholding and filings are handled.

Benefits that keep people

Your team gets large-group health insurance — the kind of benefits a big company offers — which helps you keep good people.

HR that scales with you

When your company expands and shrinks, your HR department doesn’t have to. We handle every step from onboarding on.

Flat-rate pricing

A PEO charges a percentage. We charge a flat rate.

A business expense

We invoice your business a flat-rate admin fee and the cost of the payroll and insurance — a business expense.

Day to day

How it works once you’re on board

New hires
Hired through us. We lead every step, from onboarding to an employee’s last day.
Form I-9
Each new hire completes it within three days of starting.
Full-time
Thirty or more hours a week is full-time, and eligible for benefits.
Health insurance
The employer pays at least half of the employee-only premium of the lowest-cost medical plan, whichever plan the employee chooses.
Payroll
Bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly, run by our payroll team.

Contractors staying 1099? They can get the same large-group health plans with no payroll at all: they apply and pay for their own coverage, and you offer a real benefit without hiring them — see Health Benefits Without Payroll →
